Shipping + Returns

*Tags must remain on item, if removed we cannot accept the item back.

*We will not issue a refund if makeup, deodorant, or perfume is on the item when returned. Items may also not be washed to be issued a refund.

* All Jewelry is FINAL SALE.

*Items need to be inspected as soon as they arrive as we have a ten (10) day window to get them sent back except during special holiday extension.

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exchanges or store credits will be allowed on these items. 

*Please use tracking on your package and consider insurance if needed.  If the post office looses your package it is out of our hands and we cannot issue a credit or exchange when we don’t get the merchandise back.

*Buyer must pay return shipping for item being sent back.
